    '64 Impala - Electric Blue Candy w/ Matte White top - finished pics

    Owner was in a rush to leave, and we had to push it into the trailer, so I didn't have time to snap as many pics as I would have liked, but here it is!

    Electric Blue Candy with a Matte White top!

    Materials used;

    - 7 coats matte white on top
    - 2 coats matte white on body
    - 4 gallons matte clear mixed with Electric Blue Candy powder pigment from powderbythepound.com (very transparent - needed a lot of coats)

    For the powder, I mixed 50g/gallon.

    The car is on hydraulics, and is currently waiting its new motor! He had junkyard wheels on it to roll it around, don't mind the overspray.

    Before and after!

    So is this mixed with the metalizer and then a top coat of pearl or just the glossifier? Beautiful color.

    Looks nice. It should go without saying that people will be interested in how you made this and this information should be in the original post.

    I love the cream color those things came in from the factory.
    That blue certainly stands out in a crowd.
