To the DYC Community:
Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic and orders passed down in our state, there have been some temporary changes made to our business. Please take a moment to review those changes and how your experience as a customer may be impacted.
- First and foremost, we are actively shipping your orders. We are currently working with minimal staffing - however our warehouse team is here to pack and ship your orders as quickly and accurately as we can. We ask you please be extra patient considering the circumstances and allow for longer than normal shipping times.
- Our customer service team is also active and standing by - however they are working from home. Our phones are not online, however our Customer Service Team is available and ready to help during business hours. The best ways to communicate with that team are either to email CustomerService@dipyourcar.com or simply chat with a rep directly on the website. Again there are people actively working on these platforms, so you will be able to talk with us.
- Most of our manufacturers are also working with minimal staffing. This can slow down production times, lead times and product availability. Again one more reason to ask you to please be as patient as you can if your order moves slower than normal.
This is a challenging time for all businesses, and we genuinely appreciate your support and especially your patience. All of our current employees are going through health screenings every day, before every shift. We are only bringing in those individuals absolutely necessary to perform minimal operational duties. We’re looking forward to getting back to normal as soon as possible.
