- Under the Hood — Look for a sticker or metal plate on the radiator support, firewall, or inner fender. Common for Ford, GM, and some European vehicles.
- Trunk / Spare Tire Area — Some vehicles (especially European) have the paint code on a sticker inside the trunk lid or in the spare tire well.
- Glove Box — Check inside the glove box door for a build sticker. Common on some Asian and European manufacturers.

Ford paint FAQs
Where do I find my Ford paint code?
Most vehicles list the paint code on a sticker or plate on the driver's door jamb or B-pillar. Depending on the year and model it can also be in the glovebox, the spare-wheel well, under the bonnet, or in your owner's manual. It's usually a short combination of letters and numbers near the words "paint", "color" or "C/TR".
Is this the original Ford factory formula?
Yes — every Ford color is mixed fresh to the original factory formula for your paint code, not a lookalike shade. Made to order in the USA.
What sizes does Ford touch-up paint come in?
Every color is available as a 2oz touch-up bottle with a built-in brush for stone chips and scratches, aerosol cans for panels and trim, and ready-to-spray pints, quarts and gallons for larger repairs or full resprays.
Will it match my car's current paint?
It's mixed to the exact factory formula for your code, so it matches the color your Ford left the factory with. On older or sun-faded panels, professionals blend into the surrounding area for an invisible repair.
