SMS Verbal Opt-In Script (Customer Care Toll-Free)

When a customer is on a live phone call with a DipYourCar support agent and the agent needs to send order or service information by text, the agent says:

"To confirm your order, may I text you the details? [If yes:] What's the best mobile number? Before I send it - by providing your number, you agree to receive service text messages from DipYourCar related to your order, including order confirmations, payment links, shipping and delivery updates, and reward delivery info (e.g., gas card / Virtual Visa). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Our Privacy Policy is at dipyourcar.com/policies/privacy-policy. Is that okay?"

The agent only sends the message after receiving an affirmative "yes." Consent is recorded with the customer's account in our CRM, along with the date, time, and agent who collected it. No messages are sent unless this verbal consent has been captured during a live call.
