Dip Dissolver™

Use Dip Dissolver in those situations in which the Plasti Dip® was applied too thin to peel. Sometimes customers will apply the dip too thin, and after a period of time, it can be difficult to peel off the dip as it will peel off in small pieces. Dip Dissolver™ will re-liquefy the dip and make it very easy to clear away using a power washer.

*Focus on One Panel/Area at a Time*

1. Spray one full wet coat onto dipped area.
2. Let the product saturate into the dip for 2-3 minutes.
3. Respray the same area, applying another full wet coat.
4. Let it sit for another 1-3 minutes.
5. Power wash from the top to the bottom, slowly moving the stream to clear the dip and dissolver away from the surface.
6. Proceed to wash the surface & rinse thoroughly.
7. If the original application was extra thick, a second application may be necessary. Make sure the panel is completely dry prior to re-applying the Dissolver.

• After following the directions, the dip should now be re-liquified. Test by dragging your finger through the dip.
• The best way to clear the re-liquified dip is to utilize a pressure washer
• 1800 PSI with a medium tip is recommended.
• Avoid contact with all Plastics (trim, headlights, taillights, etc.)
• Only apply Dip Dissolver over dry surfaces.
