PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

DipYourCar.com offers for sale its Product(s) and/or Services(s) according to its standard Product Availability. Due to high demand, some of DipYourCar.com’s offered products may be on a delayed shipping time. Although most orders ship on schedule, we appreciate your patience with any possible delays.

Due to the high demand of certain accessories, these products may be substituted depending on availability. For example: PreDip Spray™ Foaming Aerosols may be replaced with the PreDip Spray™ 16-ounce bottles.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING PROCEDURES

All orders will be shipped via UPS under the ORM-D ground-shipping platform. DipYourCar.com does not ship Plasti Dip® gallons, aerosols, Tint Kits, Fix Kits, thinner or the DipPearl TopCoat internationally on a retail level. These products can be shipped to wholesale customers in select countries via ocean freight. Route Shipping Insurance is offered on every order for an additional cost of $2.35 (Zero profit to DYC). If Route is not added to your order, any issues with theft, damages or lost packages are now strictly between the customer and the carrier. By removing this Shipping Insurance you run the risk of receiving partial or even zero reimbursement for lost or damaged packages.

International Shipping

International Order Notice - All products will be shipped to you from the US. Shipping costs charged on this website do not include any additional duties, taxes or fees.  Any additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer.  Plasti Dip, ProLine, AutoFlex and other hazardous materials are not eligible for international shipping at this time.

You always want to ensure you are fully educated on our products before using them; especially it it's your first time.

RESPONSIBLE PRACTICES AND LIABILITIES

DipYourCar.com customarily provides sales and technical support assistance before, during and after the purchase process, and endeavors to provide accurate and helpful information to Customer. However, Customer shall be solely responsible for making a final determination as to the suitability and compatibility of DipYourCar.com’s product(s) and/or services for Customer's intended use. Plasti Dip® International and DipYourCar.com takes zero responsibility or liability for the process, usage or end result of the products purchased on this website or any affiliated websites. All cars, paints, and surfaces are unique. Test the product on your car for a suggested length of 3 weeks, and monitor removal. Take special notice to cars that have been re-painted, as all paint shops use different types and amounts of materials. Take special notice to new cars, as different cars may take longer to cure when painted from the factory. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you release DipYourCar, LLC from any and all liability regarding the result or results from using the products sold on our website or any affiliated websites. Please test the materials on your surface or car before applying. Please wear proper safety material and use in well ventilated areas. DYC traditionally sells respirators that are rated for our products, however they are not always in stock and available. It is your responsibility as the end user to acquire proper respiratory equipment and use that equipment per the manufacturer specs to protect yourself. DYC also can not inspect each users' spray environment, so the user is responsible for making sure the surrounding area is safe and suitable for a spray-paint style project. Proper ventilation and fresh flowing air is important.

 

UNDERSTANDING DIY PRODUCT ACCOUNTABILITY

Most of the products sold on DipYourCar.com are appropriate for DIY (Do-It-Yourself) use. However the user is accountable for the end result of the project. The products themselves are proven to work, however if the end user does not follow proper procedures, the products or project can fail. The user is responsible for educating himself/herself on how to properly prep, mask, spray, apply, break down, clean and care for the products before, during and after installation. DYC will always provide support and even replacement product if the products themselves are proven to be defective. Defective products would include the wrong color being shipped, the wrong product being shipped, the product arriving damaged in transit, or a confirmed manufacturing error. DYC will offer support but will not offer replacements or refunds for user-based failures including bubbles, runs, lifting, texture, tears, stripes in finish, cloudiness in finish, etc - as these are not products issues, they are application/user issues. As the end user you are also responsible for confirming the suitability of your surfaces and whether or not they are good candidates for dipping. DYC is not physically capable of inspecting each surface for you - and every wheel and vehicle surface is unique. Extra attention should be spent on inspecting surfaces on used vehicles; as it is impossible to determine if there were any repairs or refinishing done before you purchased the vehicle. Please take advantage of DYC's "DYCUniversity.com", DYC's YouTube Channel, and even our Support Staff to make sure you are 100% educated on the process before starting your project.

WARRANTIES

Products sold on this website are sold without warranty. Of course DYC will always take immediate action to replace products that may be missing from your shipment or exchange products if the wrong items are shipped with your order. However the products are sold to DYC direct from our manufacturing partners without warranty; so in turn DYC has no warranty to pass down to the consumers. This includes all products not limited to sprayer systems, gallons, aerosols, etc. On some aerosol labels, it may state "Seller cannot control use of this product and will now accept liability for more than product replacement"; product replacement within that statement is limited to defective units or incorrect products shipped. With that said DYC will do our best to replace defective units only if the issue is reported to DYC within 30 days of the delivery date, and we can confirm there was no user error involved. If you have any products that you believe defective, please contact DYC Customer Service right away. You may be asked for photos and/or videos to help confirm any defects or troubleshooting issues.  Without these photos/videos it may be impossible for our team to assist and identify whether or not the issue it user error or a product defect.  For this reason you may need to be able to provide this content to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

DYC INSTALLERS

DipYourCar.com, LLC does not own, operate or manage any of the DYC Installers. The DYC Installer Program is simply a referral program in an effort to point customers in the direction of experienced applicators. It is up to the consumer to ultimately decide if the Installer is suitable for the services they are looking for. Best practice would be to ask the Installer to see examples of past installations both in pictures and in person when possible. DipYourCar.com takes zero responsibility or liability for the process, usage or any damages resulting from interactions with DYC Installers. DYC does not share in the profits of the physical installations performed on your vehicle(s).

DELAWARE AND MARYLAND CUSTOMERS

Sales and usage of “Rubber Dip Spray and Plasti Dip® Spray” in either Delaware or Maryland is permitted ONLY if the individual applying the product is not receiving commission; or if the facility used by the compensated individual utilizes approved emission control systems and practices that comply with MVMEER guidelines.

CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS

California customers may only purchase Plasti Dip® Spray 50 (Low-VOC) gallons. Plasti Dip® Spray 50 may not be sold in El Dorado, Colusa, & Glenn counties or the Bay Area (BAAQMD). Sales and usage of "Rubber Dip, Rubber Dip Spray and Plasti Dip® Spray" (Spray 50 excluded) gallon sized products are not compliant with State Regulations in California. Therefore, these gallon sized Plasti Dip® products cannot be sold in or shipped to California. Rubber Dip, Rubber Dip Spray and Plasti Dip® Spray can be purchased within CA in sizes less than 1 gallon. Please be aware of this ruling and follow all guidelines.

Expedited Shipping Services

Effective March 26, 2020, UPS has suspended the UPS® Service Guarantee for all shipments, (excluding UPS Next Day Air) from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.

Free/Discounted shipping promos

From time to time DYC will offer free or discounted shipping promotions. These promotions are only available in the continental US (does not include Hawaii or Alaska) and are not valid during Seasonal Sales (Spring, Summer, Black Friday).

USPS Shipping

Please note - Choosing UPS includes a shipping guarantee and protects you as the receiver from the rare case of a package lost or damaged in transit. USPS does not provide a shipping guarantee to protect you from lost/damaged packages.

Alaska, Hawaii and US Territory Shipping

All hazardous items (excluding gallons) shipping outside of the lower 48 United States can only ship via USPS. Due to these regulations, orders placed with UPS shipping will automatically be switched to USPS. Shipping gallons requires hazmat air shipping. If you are looking to ship gallons, please contact our Customer Service Team and they would be happy to put a shipping quote together (855) 847-5825 or email CustomerService@dipyourcar.com.

APO/PO Boxes

At this time we can not ship to APO or PO Boxes. If an order is placed to an APO or PO box, you will be contacted by our customer service team to arrange shipping to a new address. CANCELLATIONS 

At no cost to the Customer, you may cancel your order for any product at any time before the shipment of the product. Once the order ships, we are unable to process a full refund. If you are looking to cancel  your order, we highly recommend giving us a call at 1-855-847-5825 for the fastest service. 

RETURNS

If you wish to return or exchange an UNOPENED/UNUSED product that is 100% in original condition and purchased within thirty days. You can request a return through your customer account. If your order was received with any damages or errors, please contact DYC Customer Service within 30 days to be eligible for an order correction. Once Gift Certificates have been purchased, it is not possible to deactivate the Gift Code; therefore Gift Certificate sales are final and can not be refunded.

Giveaway purchases are non-refundable. 

Orders placed before a sale will not be eligible for retroactive discount.

GIVEAWAYS

DipYourCar.com will randomly offer product giveaways. These products are final sale and non-refundable. In the rare case of a lost or damaged order, a full refund will be issue to the customer.  

AFFILIATE PROGRAM

All purchases will be double checked before payments are made to affiliate.  Orders placed by the affiliate themselves will not count towards commission.  Orders must be fulfilled and delivered to customer to count, cancelled orders will not count towards commission. Coupon Farming websites are NOT eligible to participate in our Affiliate program. That includes websites similar to Honey.com, etc. Any websites who offer a service of providing coupons and/or discounts to consumers will not be eligible to participate, will not receive commissions on orders and will be blocked from our tracking program.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Please contact Customer Service to request assistance. Any item(s) that arrives damaged will need to be reported within ten days of delivery. We may request pictures in order to file a damage claim on your behalf. Example: a picture of the box and damaged item(s).
